Sydney Ports Ballot Declared

The Australian Electoral Commission on Monday 1 November 2010 declared the results of the Protected Action Ballot of AMOU and MUA members who are attempting to reach a 2010 Sydney Ports Corporation Agreement to replace the one that concluded on 30 June 2010.

Member overwhelming voted to approve the taking of Protected Industrial Action in support of the best outcome in the new agreement.
