This month we report on events that transpired at the ITF congress in Singapore as well the outcomes of the MIAL SEA18 conference that took place in Canberra. There is good news in that it appears the Coastal Trading (Revitalising Australian Shipping) Amendment Bill 2017 is unlikely to progress in its current state.
